Krüger Security & Event GmbH is a Berlin security company: event security, property protection, personal protection, patrol drives. Enquiries arrived by phone, unsorted and often incomplete — in the middle of operations.
The solution
We did not just build a website. We built “Krüger Direkt”: in three steps the client picks service, urgency and contact channel. So the request arrives already sorted — via WhatsApp, phone or callback.
